Tools4Painting offers UPS Ground for most orders and LTL shipping to all U.S. states and territories including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

The shipping cost for your order can be seen in the cart and during order review prior to checkout. An email confirmation with tracking details will be provided for UPS orders upon shipment of all orders.

Free Shipping Policy - Parcel (UPS)

Tools4Painting offers FREE standard UPS Ground shipping on most orders over $75 for qualifying items. This promotion applies to the majority of available products, with exceptions including paint sprayers, striping/marking machines, power washers, oversized/heavy items, most five-gallon pails, hazardous materials, and select other products. Eligible items will be clearly labeled with “FREE Shipping” on their product detail pages.

Free Shipping Policy - Freight (LTL)

Tools4Painting offers FREE standard LTL shipping on most orders over $500 for qualifying items. This promotion applies to most available products, with exceptions including paint sprayers, striping/marking machines, power washers, and select other products.

Shipping Policies

If an instance arises where no shipping options are available at checkout, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or (833) 361-8873.

If your order qualifies for free shipping but also includes ineligible items, you will only be charged shipping fees for those specific items. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping methods are not included in this offer and will incur standard shipping charges. Please note that standalone items weighing over 150lbs and certain hazardous goods cannot ship via UPS and must be delivered via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. If your order includes these items, the UPS shipping option will not be available at checkout. To proceed with UPS shipping, please remove these items from your cart; otherwise, the order must be shipped via an LTL carrier.

All LTL residential deliveries will require an appointment with the carrier. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order arrives at the local delivery terminal. You can also contact the carrier beforehand to schedule the appointment. No appointment will be made for commercial deliveries unless requested.

Your order should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any problems with your shipment, this must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery, or you can opt to refuse the shipment. We may be limited in our ability to help resolve any issues if not properly documented with the carrier at the time of delivery. All freight charges incurred will be billed to the account. This includes, but is not limited to detention charges, change in address fees, improper lift gate requirements, etc.

Extremely large orders may be required to ship by air or ocean freight. In these cases, a broker would be required. If you do not have a broker, we can help assist you in finding a broker to help with delivery of an international freight shipment. Please contact us for details and further assistance.

How to Place an Order

Placing an online order with Tools4Painting.com is easy. An account is not required to place an order. If this is your first purchase, you may open a new account OR proceed directly to checkout. An account allows you to keep track of your orders online and will keep your information securely stored for a quicker checkout process.

All customers will receive a printable order invoice via email immediately after the transaction has been completed.

You may also send us a purchase order by email to [email protected] or fax to (314) 344-5010. Unless terms have been established, we do typically require payment prior to fulfillment of purchase orders.

Tools4Painting.com allows you to choose from a variety of secure payment methods. All information provided to us during checkout is protected by SSL encryption to ensure your privacy.

PayPal

We support PayPal, a secure 3rd party payment processor. With PayPal, you may complete the purchase with any major credit or debit card, your bank account, PayPal balance, or PayPal Credit financing. If paying with a credit or debit card, a PayPal account is not required to use this service.

Bank Wire Transfer

This is a direct payment method with which you can make bank transfers in real time. Bank-to-bank wire transfer is considered the safest international payment method. Please contact us to setup a wire transfer.

Tools4Painting.com is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to destinations in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. If applicable, the appropriate charges will be applied and displayed in the shopping cart and order review prior to checkout. We do not collect sales or use tax in other states.

If you qualify for tax exemption status, please supply us with a copy of your state resale certificate, tax exemption certificate or other proof of tax exemption for your state. You may email a copy of your tax exempt certificate to [email protected] or send by fax to (314) 344-5010 - Upon approval, you will be provided instructions for making tax exempt purchases online or by phone.

Returns and Replacements

We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• Returns must be received in new condition with the original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a refund
• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receipt
• The following items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns:
  - Special order items
  - Pre-cut materials (transitions, sheet membranes, etc.)
  - Shelf life items (adhesive, solvents, caulking, etc.)
• Customers will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the item(s)
• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (including expedited shipping and international orders)
• Shipping costs associated with any return will typically be the responsibility of the customer (excluding defective or damaged items)

Return Instructions

Please contact us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to initiate any return. You may contact us by using our online contact form or calling us toll-free at (866) 634-1189. When requesting a return, please provide us with your order number, reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.

If any merchandise received is damaged or defective, we will fully cover the costs of shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you would be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for Tools4Painting to process your refund or exchange upon receipt of returned merchandise. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% or reject a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined here in our returns policy.

What do I do if my shipment was damaged or received with a shortage?

Please report any shipping related issues to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos or videos of the item(s) in question in their original packaging. Our team will review all incidents and remedy them at no expense to you. Reports after 48 hours, no documentation, and/or no original packaging may be subject to partial or no compensation.
