The soft, buttery consistency is easy to mix and work. Easy to sand when cured and will not shrink, crack or become brittle. Has a superiors bond to most substrates including wood, fiberglass, ceramic, brick, concrete and steel. It is 100% waterproof and safe for interior/exterior use.
