Savogran Kutzit Paint & Varnish Removers (DCM & NMP FREE)

For refinishing fine furniture and antiques, Kutzit® is the professional refinishers' choice. It is excellent for horizontal surfaces, and its liquid formula cuts fast and penetrates carved detail. Kutzit is gentle on the patina of fine wood and veneers and will not raise wood grain. Surfaces can be cleaned with a scraper and washed with a cloth and paint thinner. Kutzit is flammable, and is recommended for use outdoors. Extremely Flammable.

Application

Remove multiple layers of paint and varnish without damaging wood, metal and masonry. One gallon of remover covers approximately 100 square feet of surface area. Kutzit® is easily removed with coarse cloth and paint thinner.

Directions

Brush on remover in one direction only. Allow remover to work for 15 minutes or more. Scrape test to see if finish is softened to base. If not, wait 15 minutes longer and re-test. Be patient and let the remover do the work. Remove sludge with scraper. Use nylon stripping pad and coarse rags to thoroughly wash off residue from stripped surface with paint thinner.
