DRYLOK Original Concrete & Masonry Waterproofer is a proven, latex-based solution designed to stop water seepage through masonry surfaces, both above and below grade. Whether you're protecting new construction or repairing existing leaks, this easy-to-apply product is guaranteed to stop water pressure up to 10 psi and withstands winds up to 98 mph. Its flat white, sandy-textured finish not only provides functional waterproofing but also an attractive, durable look. DRYLOK Original forms a semi-impermeable barrier with less than 1 perm rating, effectively sealing out both moisture and vapor. Ideal for use on masonry walls, brick, cinder blocks, stucco, and poured concrete, it can be applied indoors or outdoors using a brush or roller. Two full coats are required for warranty coverage, with drying times of 1.5 hours to touch and 2–3 hours between coats. Surface prep is essential: remove efflorescence, dust, grease, and old paint, and ensure porous texture for adhesion.
